Minimum System Requirements

Attention:

Your choice of computer and Internet connection is your own decision. However, we are recommending the following guidelines to ensure satisfaction with the downloading and playback quality of our files based upon our experience.

Some download versions of lesson files are very large. A high-speed Cable connection, DSL or other broadband connection is required. DIAL-UP INTERNET CONNECTIONS ARE NOT SUPPORTED OR RECOMMENDED.

The appropriate internet connection, as well as ensuring the minimum computer system requirements are provided is the responsibility of the customer. Minimum computer system requirements are as follows:

Windows® PCs -

• Windows® 2000, XP (SP2) or Vista®
• 550 MHz processor or greater
• 384 MB RAM
• 10 GB Hard Drive storage for entire course in a single format (.avi or .mov)
• Windows® Internet Explorer®, Firefox®, Safari® or other compatible browser
• AOL® may not function properly and is not supported.
• Windows® Media Player® or other video player capable of playing .avi video files.
• Windows® Media Player® - or - Quicktime®

NOTE: The DivX® codec may be required to view the lesson videos on the Windows® Media Player®.

We chose it because it is the highest quality .avi codec we reviewed. It's FREE, SAFE and EASY.

During installation you will have the choice of downloading several DivX® applications.
